JOB PURPOSE:The Building & Facility Management Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical and engineering aspects of facility and building systems across the railway infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all facility-related assets across Line 3 and the LRT by implementing robust maintenance strategies, supporting documentation control, and contributing to change and asset management. The position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational continuity.The engineer will lead the coordination of maintenance activities, system performance monitoring, documentation control, and technical support. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, managing system upgrades, and supporting the maintenance team in achieving optimal system performance and availability.
