TasksJob Description:Business digital transformation:Analyse the need of the business to ensure that the sales department has the tool needed to steer business effectivelyContinuously translate daily/monthly sales KPIs on more visual and effective way through using power tools such as (Power-BI)Work closely with the IT department for analysis of backend data generated from all our systems (SWT, GO, excel etc.)Cooperate in solving system issues generated during normal operationProcess optimizationCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify business requirements for developing processesPartner with subject matter experts to create process documentation to be used in implementation process improvementDevelop all required business workflow required by the sales departmentOther TasksAssist the sales operation manager in Traffic letter issuanceAssist in dealer target achievement calculations on a quarterly basisIssue CR/DN related to normal sales department operations such as (Demo & courtesy, Variable margin etc.)Ad-hoc projectsAssist sales management , senior manager in Ad-hoc projects related to sales departmentCompliance AssuranceEnsure that all compliance requirements are met and properly documented as per DAG and MBEg policiesQualificationsQualifications:Training and QualificationBachelor's degree in Business informatics or any relevant field from a reputable universityTechnical knowledgeExcellent command of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Good knowledge of power tools ( Power BI )Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to perform complicated analysisAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslySoft skills/individual competenceFluent in English both in written and speakingSuperior attention to detail under tight deadlinesGood interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, mature and team playerReporting and process managementAbility to work under pressureExcellent presentation skillsSelf-motivated and result-driven attitudeOrganized, effective time management
