- Achieving sales targets Assist in company's revenue growth Greet showroom visitors and qualify prospects
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to delivery
- Conduct test drives in coordination with Sales Executives
- Handle cash and card transactions; generate sales invoices
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and competitive awareness
- Follow up on walk-ins, phone leads, and online inquiries
- Prepare and customize sales quotations and order paperwork
- Update and manage customer records in CRM
- Coordinate with after-sales, finance, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth handovers
- Support showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive, retail, or direct sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
- Basic computer literacy: CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Valid Egyptian driver's license
- Good command of English
