Job Description:Karma Innovations is looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Media Buying Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage all aspects of social media strategy and paid advertising.We are a creative, fast-growing company in the field of interior design, finishing, and custom furniture. We’re seeking someone with both analytical and creative capabilities to elevate our online presence, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute monthly content plans for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging visual and written content.Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and generate monthly performance reports.Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to adapt strategy accordingly.Optimize marketing spend and deliver measurable business results.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and paid media.Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.Proven success managing ad budgets and driving strong ROI.Strong content writing and strategic planning skills.Portfolio of past campaigns and/or accounts managed is required.Background in interior design, architecture, real estate, or furniture industry is a plus.
