- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in Outsystems development tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Certification in Outsystems development.
