
Senior Channels Sales Manager

- Manage sales activities by coordinating with VAS General Sales Manager, VMware Account Managers and VAS assigned partners to secure profitable business for VAS and maintain good relations with both partners and Dell teams.
- Maintain good relations with VAS Partners.
- Maintain Healthy pipeline Opportunities.
- Secure Order Book and Profit Margins as per VAS target letter.
- Implement training plans assigned by VAS General Sales Manager.
- Hire new 5 partners per year.
- Manage partners to drive business in both Enterprise and SMB/mid-market business.
- Manage territory planning and goal assignment; manage current Bi Weekly pipeline.
- Position partner(s) into the local/regional/theatre Go-to-market and coverage model.
- Responsible for developing, managing and growing partner accounts.
- Implement the strategy defined by VAS Management.
- Contribute to account negotiations.
- General understanding and utilization of available cross-functional resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership & people management skills
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong business acumen and In-depth knowledge of VMWARE and other software Technologies products/solutions, competitive products and industry trends.
- Extensive experience working with the channel, primarily in Egypt.
- Proven track record developing and launching successful channel programs •Strong relationships with channel partners.
