- Lead and manage the SDR and BDC teams in Egypt
- Ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and deal closure performance
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for the Commercial Director
- Coach and develop team members to improve conversion rates and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to optimize outbound campaigns
- Maintain a high standard of CRM usage and data accuracy
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing strategic deals
- Align Egypt’s sales activities with UAE and KSA market priorities
- 5+ years in sales management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B solutions
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
