Drives & Improves Industrial Quality functional excellence within responsible department/product group.
Monitors industrial Quality performance KPI's in line with targets & initiates appropriate actions.
Defines required improvement program on equipment capabilities.
Defines and support implementation of Quality Controls/Systems based on PFMEA.
Implements programs to prevent customer issues as result of manufacturing process.
Complaint handling for industrial issues.
Defines and assesses Quality competencies for industrial operators.
Ensures standardized processes for Industrial Quality are followed.
Provides trainings in Quality tools/ methods or process to engineers & operators.
Authorization to stop production lines in case of quality concerns.

More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with

3yrs of related experience.
3yrs experience in the practical use or implementation of key Quality tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA * with Control Plan, MSA, SPC.

Knowledge of appropriate global regulatory requirements, and/ or Quality Management Systems, or equivalent
experience.
Knowledgeable and experienced with Industrial Quality tools/ processes/ capabilities.
Quality processes management.
Focuses on customers.
Ability to deeply understand Quality Management Systems’ and regulatory requirements.
Builds trusted relationships (int/external stakeholders).
Can smoothly partner/ influence with operational colleagues.
