To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of production lines and utilities in biscuits and bakery manufacturing plants. Responsible for minimizing downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and supporting continuous production flow.✅ Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging machines, etc.).
Monitor the performance of all machines and utilities (air compressors, chillers, boilers).
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and ensure fast resolution to reduce production downtime.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules (PM plans) for all equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
Contribute to machine upgrades and process improvements for higher efficiency and energy savings.
Ensure all equipment complies with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
Manage and train a team of technicians and operators on safe and efficient equipment operation.
Assist in planning and installing new production lines or equipment.
