Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Foreman - Erection for ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi. As a specialized Talent Acquisition Consultancy, Eram Talent is dedicated to connecting high-caliber professionals with organizations in various industries. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the erection phase of construction projects, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.If selected, the work location will be in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers involved in the erection of structures and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all phases of erection.
Manage resources, including labor and materials, to ensure project timelines are met.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of erection practices, safety standards, and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Experience in managing teams and resources efficiently.
