]The Senior Systems administrator role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all software and associated operating systems. The Senior Systems administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. This individual will also mentor and provide guidance to the Systems Engineer staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal systems, cloud infrastructure.
Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
Virtualization technologies: VMware and Microsoft
Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
Work escalated support issues related to Microsoft’s core business solutions
Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
Document maintenance for all computer systems and system infrastructure
Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and deployment Windows Server 2008,2012 and 2016
Multisite VMware, vSphere & vCenter management and administration. Solid Experience in VMware vSphere 6.5.x, 6.x.
SAN/NAS storage administration.

REQUIREMENTS

The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10 years of System Engineering experience
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Able to conduct research into system issues and products as required.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language between team member sand other organization functions.
Having the certificates Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, VCA,VCP and similar .
