- Study the received documents contained technical specifications carefully, get an idea of the type and volume of the working the operation, project or tender and the required delivery date and make a work study and a technical offer suitable for competition.
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all civil related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
- Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and Mechnical groups.
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Handle technical and material submittals.
- Compile a bill of quantity for the materials and calculation sheets.
- Handle communication with customers and subcontractors.
- Review and issue orders for subcontractors’ invoices payment.
