About The Role:
  • Technically own solution delivery, including roadmap execution and integration with customer systems
  • Lead the delivery engineering team, ensuring technical quality and timely execution
  • Guide the team through agile planning, task estimation, code reviews, and sprint delivery
  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions
  • Support the creation of technical proposals and IT compliance documentation
  • Conduct systems analysis and propose enhancements for improved software quality
  • Produce clear and detailed software designs and architectural specifications
  • Manage task prioritization and delivery pacing in partnership with service delivery leads
  • Represent the delivery team in technical discussions with external partners and clients
  • Own the induction process for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements● Bachelors of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related.● 6+Years of experience of software development experience with a focus on delivery and integration● Experience in using MS SQL server and advanced features.● Experience in working with git code versioning & branching techniques.● Experience in web application optimization techniques● Experience in RESTful API development● Experience in software solution and architecture design● Experience in building microservices● Experience in code refactoring● Experience in .Net Core is a plus.● Experience in building apps on top of Azure stack is a plus.Benefits
