JOB TITLEProcess Transformation Lead | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Service ExcellenceROLE SUMMARYThe Process Transformation Lead drives end-to-end process improvement and transformation across MAF’s Global Solutions and OpCos. Reporting to the Transformation & Excellence Director, the role leads initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Process Mining to boost efficiency and operational alignment. It also involves implementing a group-wide process management tool, collaborating with GS leaders, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.ROLE PROFILE
  • Lead and oversee the design, documentation, and optimization of business processes in alignment with best practice frameworks such as BPMN 2.0, Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.
  • Conduct process modelling and mapping to establish a comprehensive understanding of business workflows across OpCos, conducting a gap analysis, and identifying value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies opportunities for optimization, simplificatio
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects to drive process excellence, operational efficiency, and quality improvements across business functions.
  • Facilitate and participate in Kaizen workshops, root cause analysis (RCA) sessions, and problem-solving initiatives to resolve performance gaps and ensure measurable improvements.
  • Collaborate with GS & Opco stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth and successful implementation of process transformation initiatives.
  • Define and track Process KPIs, process efficiency metrics, and cost reduction targets to measure the success and impact of process transformation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to the Process Transformation Managers and other direct reports, ensuring a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Leverage process mining tools like Celonis to drive process transparency, uncover inefficiencies, and enable OpCos to track process performance against set KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 12+ years of experience in process management, transformation, and continuous improvement within a service or transformation-oriented industry, Global Business / shared services
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 8+ years in managing teams and large-scale transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and other process optimization methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience with process mining tools and techniques, including Celonis, Signavio or similar.
