Eram Talent is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this critical role, you will oversee finishing operations within construction projects, ensuring that all work adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety.Your responsibilities will include coordinating the work of finishing crews, managing project schedules, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.If selected, work location will be in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all finishing work on-site including drywall, painting, flooring, and millwork.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure work meets project standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours.
Provide guidance and support to crew members and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience of minimum 7 years as a Foreman in the construction industry, preferably in finishing work.
Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
Experience in managing teams and coordinating multiple tasks.
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Must be physically fit and able to work on-site in various conditions.
