- Monitor the contract administration over construction contracts, enforcing contractual obligations.
- Arrange and respond to daily correspondences to ensure contractual compliance.
- Analyze and assess the contractual merit of contractor’s claims, and participate in reviewing, evaluation and negotiation of prolongation/acceleration claims and associated cost, and variation orders.
- Manage and monitor the contractual integrity of contract modifications (such as Variation Orders, Site Work Instructions).
- Provide contractual support for any issues or problems that arise during construction.
- Resolve contract disputes and claims related to contract, and draft internal memos, contract amendments and settlement agreements.
- Administer and follow up with ongoing supervision service agreements, including update the allocation of supervision consultants on the ongoing construction contracts.
- Track and review close out documents of the Contracts from the contractual perspective.
- Update project administration forms and monitor the status of construction contracts using tracking logs and other control forms.
- Review insurance requirements and ensure that Contractor comply with insurance provisions.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status and maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in contract management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide actionable insights.
- Construction Field experience is a must.
- Real Estate field experience is preferable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
