- Support in managing client communications for social media accounts.
- Execute and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, etc.).
- Participate in client meetings and prepare supporting documents such as content calendars, community insights, and campaign reports.
- Assist in crafting monthly/quarterly performance reports using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Ensure client expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure on-brief, on-brand deliverables.
- Maintain consistent feedback loops with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to align on project timelines and objectives.
- Brainstorm content ideas, social-first formats, and trends for integrated digital campaigns.
- Submit daily/weekly updates to the Social Media Account Manager on client statuses, content readiness, engagement trends, and performance anomalies.
- Maintain campaign documentation (briefs, approvals, content plans).
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and social listening tasks for campaign insight.
- 1–3 years of experience in a social media-related role within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Solid understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Arabic).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Curious, digitally savvy, and passionate about social trends and content.
- Basic knowledge of paid campaign performance metrics.
