Bachelor's degree in technical writing. Journalism, communication, creative writing or user experience design.
Experience in content creation for digital platforms and user interfaces.
Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in user-friendly language.
Understanding of UX writing principles and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with content management systems and digital collaboration tools.

Specific Knowledge:

Familiarity with user-centred design processes and how content integrates within them.
Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and the ability to write for various personas

Mindset and behaviours:

Empathy of the user and dedication to crafting content that improves user experience.
Commitment to brand consistency and quality across all platform content

Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and proofread content for digital interfaces, ensuring clarity and coherence.
Work closely with designers to integrate text into user Rows.
