Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Operations Specialist (E-commerce) to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between EGP 8,000 and EGP 10,000 per month. The Online Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce platform. This involves managing online orders, coordinating with internal teams, and optimising the online customer experience.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Analyse sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update product information on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
