Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for future needs.What we're looking for?Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment.
Proven success in C-suite and director-level hiring across industries.
Experience in the GCC region hiring.
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the executive talent market.
Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
